Clam Linguini



 

Clam Linguini

The first dish Dean and Leanna prepared together. 


Ingredients

  • 4 cans of chopped clams

  • 2 cloves of minced garlic

  • 1 package of linguini noodles

  • ½ cup Shredded Parmesan cheese


Directions


  • Prepare linguini in boiling water.

  • Empty clams with juice into saucepan. 

  • Add garlic. 

  • Simmer until about ½ of the clam juice is gone.

  • Add sauce to drained noodles, toss with Parmesan


Variation

  • Original meal was prepared with broccoli and Dill Onion Bread.

  • Other herbs such as basil or oregano can be added to sauce.
