Pasta Salad


Best served cold


Ingredients

  • Rotini pasta

  • Cherry tomatoes, sliced in ½ or whole

  • String cheese, sliced into ½ inch slices

  • Green olives, with pimento

  • Italian dressing


Directions

  • Cook pasta until soft. Drain. 

  • Add tomatoes, cheese, olives, and enough dressing to moisten.

  • Stir well, and refrigerate


Variations

  • Other ingredients may be added or substituted. Such as: avocado or artichoke.
