Sausage Egg Muffin

Totally different from McDonald’s

Ingredients

• English muffin, sliced and toasted

• 1 egg

• Sausage patty 

• 1 slice cheddar cheese

Directions

• Slice and toast English muffin

• Fry the egg, but break the yolk

• Heat up the sausage patty

• Place the patty, egg and cheese between the muffin slices and eat

Variations

• You can use a bagel instead of English muffin for a thicker meal

• You can substitute other meat, such as bacon or ham for the sausage

• Try different cheese slices, or leave out.

• You can add butter to the muffin if it seems dry.

• Use an egg ring for a perfectly round egg
